The Twenty-Third Congress of the CPSU expressed the detmined will of the Party to develop and to ovserve rigorously the Leninist standards of Party life and Party leaderhip; it claled upon Party organisations and all Communiists to adhere to them strictly in all their activities. In this book the authors present the essence of the standards nad principles of Party life elaborated by Lenin, and their role I the work of the party. They have also generalised the experience gained in the practical application of these standards and principles by Party organisations.
