Nancy Morejón is a critic, poet, and translator from Cuba. Born in 1944, she is the author of more than twenty volumes of poetry, such as Persona (2010) and Peñalver 51 (2010), as well as the poetry collection Where the Island Sleeps Like a Wing (1985).
